Methods: The movement recovery of normal Spraque-Dawley rats was observed, the number and structure changes of synapse of the border of infarct focus( area A ), the isolated area( area B) and the mirror area( area C) were analyzed by transmission electron microscope, after the right cerebral middle artery of the rats was occluded and received 6 weeks electric stimulation. Results:...

Objective: In order to evaluate the effects of electro-stimulation to motor skills after cerebral infarction and its mechanism. Methods: The movement recovery of normal Spraque-Dawley rats was observed, the number and structure changes of synapse of the border of infarct focus( area A ), the isolated area( area B) and the mirror area( area C) were analyzed by transmission electron microscope, after the right cerebral middle artery of the rats was occluded and received 6 weeks electric stimulation. Results: The data showed that the movement improvement in the treatment group was quicker than in control group. Comparing with control group, the dense of synapse was significantly increased, the interspace of the synapse is narrower, the length of the postsynaptic thickening was longer and the dense material of postsynapse was thicker in area A of the treatment group, but there were no dominant changes between the two groups of area B and C. Conclusions: It is suggested that electric stimulation could improve the movement ability, it may be related to the changes of the synapse plasticity via stimulating the periphery nerve pathway.

目的:评价电刺激治疗对大鼠脑梗塞后运动功能的影响及其机理。方法:观察正常SD大鼠在右侧大脑中动脉闭塞后,使用电刺激治疗6周时,大鼠运动功能的改善情况,结合透射电镜对大鼠脑内坏死边缘区(A区),远隔区(B区)及镜区(C区)3个脑区的突触数目及突触界面某些结构的变化进行了定量分析。结果:治疗组运动功能较对照组有一定的改善,治疗组在坏死边缘区有突触数目的增多,突触间隙变窄,突触活性区长度增加,突触后膜致密物质厚度增厚,而在远隔区及镜区,突触的数目及结构改变不明显。结论:电刺激可以改善急性脑梗塞偏瘫的运动功能,可能与电刺激通过外周神经通路,传到中枢,引起突触可塑性变化有关。

目的:应用综合治疗对闭合性周围神经损伤的康复疗效观察。方法;综合性康复治疗,包括运动疗法、作业疗法、物理疗法。结果:与未进行系统康复治疗的病人比较,致畸程度明显降低,统计学x~2检验,P<0.005,有非常显著意义,临床痊愈加基本痊愈率,下肢组91.67%,上肢组82.35%。下肢组康复优于上肢组。结论:早期综合康复治疗对闭合性周围神经损伤患者肢体畸形有很好预防作用。并且能促进损伤神经的早日康复。

The model NSD-1 neuromuscular electrodiagnosis system, which are used for diagnosis of periphery nerve damage can measure intensity - time curve and chronasia. The system is developed based on PC486 and Visual C + +. It has been shown good results through clinical application.

NSD-1型神经肌肉电诊断系统可以进行强度—时间曲线检查及时值测定,用于周围神经损伤的诊断。该系统以80486PC机为核心,利用VisualC++进行程序开发。临床试用表明,效果较满意。
