A new method for the modelling, the calculation and the flow control of large scale water injection systems is presented, a properly simplified and accurate mathematical model of the system is established by using system identification, multi-stage curve fitting and analytical method, a new concept of "pressure valley" in hydrodynamic systems is first presented. A new method is given for calculating the dynamic behaviour including flow and pressure distribution of water injection systems: The system is divided into a series of subsystems according to pressure valley, then iterative algorithm of large scale system theory is employed to calculate the system. A software package is programmed based on the method above. Application of the software package can reduce the error of practical injection rate, design injection rate, and considerably reduce electric power consumption.

提出了大型注水系统的一套完整的建模和计算方法,用系统辨识、多层曲线拟合和机理分析相结合的方法建立了大型注水系统的模型。为了解这种巨型多源多汇系统,提出了注水系统压力分布中的压力谷的新概念,并按压力谷分布将整个注水系统分解为一系列子系统,然后应用大系统理论中的关联平衡法进行迭代,由于压力谷之间耦合较弱,我们给出了一种非常简单的迭代算法,这种算法收敛速度快,计算精度高,上述算法已编成软件,可以按配注方案计算备注水站启泵台数及运行压力,能显著减少配注误差和注水能耗。

To present two kinds of operation optimation problems in large scale water injection Systems.To solve these problems,we divide the water injection system into a series of subsystems according to pressure valleys and prove that the system optimation on the whole is equivalent to the optimation of every subsystems based on the theories of dynamic programming and optiamtion.A new operation optimation method has been developed for this system by applying the theory of large scale system and this methord has been programmed into a software package.It has been proved that this new methord has the advantages of rapid iterative rate and high calcualtion accuracy.

提出了油田大型注水系统优化运行的2类问题,1类是在注水单耗小于规定值的情况下,确定注水系统各注水站水泵运行台数,使注水系统中各注水站实际注水量和分配注水量误差平方和最小;另1类是在注水系统各配水间配注误差不超过规定值的条件下,使注水系统总的能耗达到最小。应用大系统优化理论解决这2类问题时,为减小子系统之间的耦合,按压力谷将注水系统分解为一系列子系统,然后应用动态规划理论和最优化的充分必要条件严格证明了整个注水系统的优化等价于所有子系统的优化。根据上述理论设计了注水系统优化运行的计算方法,并将这个方法编制成计算机软件。这项技术应用于油田注水系统,可节约大量电能,并有效地减小了配注误差。

This paper presents a digital simulation method for large scale water injection systems.The decomposition and iteraion method in the large scale system theory is applied for simulation calculation.A new conception,ie.,"pressure valley" is employed for decomposing the systems.To simplify programming and simulation,this paper prensents a generalized modelling and calculation method for water injection networks.

给出了油田大型注水系统的数字仿真方法,该方法应用了大系统理论的分解和迭代方法进行计算,子系统是按“压力谷’建立的.为简化计算和编程.建立了子系统的通用数学模型和通用算法.
