本研究的目的在于观察女子有氧工作能力在月经周期各时相中的变化规律及特征。经严格统一标准划分月经周期各时相,以卡尔普曼方法测定受试者各时相PWC170值,并据As-trand公式推算出Vo2max。结果显示:PWC170及Vo2max呈同步变化效应,两项指标测定值由低到高的顺序均为:经前期、经期<卵泡期,排卵期<黄体期。P<0.05~0.01,而且PWC170与Vo2max在各时相均呈现高反正相关。结果表明,受试者月经周期黄体期具有较强的有氧工作能力,机体承受负荷的能力亦强于其它时相,这也提示我们以Voxnax、PWC170两项指标来综合评价运动员有氧工作能力具有一定实际意义和应用价值。

In this paper, We compare the behaviors of the seniors with those of the sophomores of various kinds of specialties (arts, science, engineering, medicine and agriculture)in the colleges and universities of Hunan Province, in respect of body growth, aerobic & anaerobic working ability and physical activities. In this paper, We compare the behaviors of the seniors with those of the sophomores of various kinds of specialties (arts, science, engineering, medicine and agriculture)in the colleges and universities of Hunan Province, in respect of body growth, aerobic & anaerobic working ability and physical activities. We find that as for the body growth, the seniors have superiority over the sophomores both in height and in weight; that the seniors have inferiority to the sophomores in the aerobic working ability, which is the case especially with the females, but the seniors have no difference with the sophomores in the anaerobic working ability, which is the case with both the males and with the females. These findings are someway helpful in prescribing the items of physical ability test and revising the plan of physical education teaching.

在身体发育、有氧和无氧工作能力及体育行为三方面就湖南省文、理、工、医、农五大类专业二、四年级男女学生进行了比较研究。结果表明,在身体发育上,湖南省四年级男、女学生的身高、体重均高于二年级学生;有氧工作能力不论男、女四年级学生均明显低于二年级学生,女生尤为明显;无氧工作能力不论男、女,四年级学生和二年级学生无明显差异。这些成果,对了解体育考核内容和修改体育教学计划都有一定的参考价值。
