The west Jilin Province is located in the transition zone from semi-humid climate to semi-arid climate with many types of ecological landscapes and is a typical area between agriculture and husbandry. Since the 1980′s, the land use/cover in this area have undergone dramatic changes. Under the pressure of population growth and excessive land exploitation, such as over grazing and over reclamation, the ecological environments that have been fragile become more vulnerable and unstable. On the basis of systematical analysis on the natural and artificial factors and their relations influencing environment evolution, the leading factors of eco-environment degradation are extracted qualitatively in this area. Under the GIS technology, digital environmental model is established. Using 100?m×100?m real area as basic unit, the spatial principal components analysis method is applied to calculate the eco-environment synthesis exponent according to the weight of some indexes. The eco-environment vulnerability index (EVI) is produced to evaluate the eco-environment fragile status during 1986-2000. Results show that the eco-environment quality gradually declines from the central to peripheral. The fragile status of some areas in the south sand land region, the central alluvial plain region and the north floodplain region has been exacerbated remarkably in recent 15 years.

由于自然条件的边缘性和过渡性 ,吉林省西部生态系统脆弱性和敏感性显著 ,其土地利用呈现农牧业交错的过渡特征 ,是全球和我国土地利用 覆被变化 (LUCC)研究的典型区和首选区。基于GIS技术的空间分析功能 ,建立了基本评价因素的数字环境模型。应用主成分综合分析方法 ,提出了生态脆弱态势指数模型 ,获取了吉林省西部近 15年生态环境脆弱性变化的空间分布规律 ,以期为区域生态环境的治理与建设提供依据。

The frame for indication system includes three aspects: indication system of monitoring land use/land cover changes, monitoring and assessment of eco-environment degradation, and monitoring the situation of eco-environment construction. And the indication system was applied in drawing up regional planning and in formulating regional policy. Applying the indication system is to work out regional land use planning and eco-environment protection planning and to appraise the effect of the planning.

The landscape ecological structure and function and the essential features of landscape ecological procedure in karst mountains of Southwest China are analyzed in this paper, in order to understand the ecological spatial character and evolving procedure of karst mountains from landscape viewpoint. The landscape patterns have some characteristics such as matrix fragility, a sharp contrast of patterns, landscape fragmentation, coarse grain of landscape structure, evident totality degradation with dynamic and swift changes, and all these characteristics are controlled by geology, physiognomy and land use patterns. The landscape evolvement with land rocky desertification weakens the ecological services of karst eco-system. Therefore, the landscape ecological construction must find out resources and environment superiorities renewedly, take full advantages of native plant resources, harmonize ecological hydrogeologic ecological effect, turn from soil and water conversation effectively to exploitation with high efficiency, all these are in order to reconstruct highly-efficient and harmonious managed-natural landscape. The main questions of landscape ecology in karst mountain areas from now on are discussed in this paper also, it suggests that there are important theoretical and practical meaning to study the relationships between changes of landscape pattern with eco-environment degradation or restoration for the comprehensive taming of rocky desertification in karst mountain regions in a small scale.

探讨了西南岩溶山区景观生态结构与功能以及景观生态过程的不同于其他区域的基本特征,尝试从景观角度认识西南岩溶区生态空间特性与演化过程。受地质地貌和土地利用的影响,西南岩溶山区景观基质脆弱、景观格局分异明显,具破碎化与景观结构粗粒化、景观动态变化范围大且速度快、整体退化明显的特点,以石漠化为特征的景观演化削弱了岩溶生态系统的生态服务功能。岩溶山区的景观生态建设须充分认识岩溶山区资源环境优势,充分利用当地的适生植物资源,协调生态效应和水文效应,促进水土资源的有效保持向高效利用发展,形成新的高效、和谐的人工自然景观。今后应把景观格局与生态过程结合起来、与人文因子和地学背景结合起来,加强小尺度的景观变化研究。
