In order to observe the distribution and density of the catecholamine nerve fibers in the wall of the intracerebral vessels of infant, adult, aged rat (10 for each group), it was used with ABC immunoperoxydase techniques, employing Tyrosine-hydroxylase (TH) as label. The immunoreractive positive fibers, brown, was found on the wall of the intracerebral vessels of rat at different age groups. The type of distribution of catecholamine nerve in the infant rat was longitudinal (41. 86% ) and circular (58.14%) ,...

In order to observe the distribution and density of the catecholamine nerve fibers in the wall of the intracerebral vessels of infant, adult, aged rat (10 for each group), it was used with ABC immunoperoxydase techniques, employing Tyrosine-hydroxylase (TH) as label. The immunoreractive positive fibers, brown, was found on the wall of the intracerebral vessels of rat at different age groups. The type of distribution of catecholamine nerve in the infant rat was longitudinal (41. 86% ) and circular (58.14%) , of the adult mostly reticular (89.12%). partly circular (8.34%), and of the aged mostly circular (76. 03%). Partly reticular (23.97%), with P<1.01. indicating significant difference among the three age groups. The density of fibers in the infant was lower, of the adult higher, and of the aged in between. These results suggest that the longitudinal and the circular was simple , immature and the reticular was complex, mature. The latter was more sufficient than the former in regulating the cerebral blood flow. The relationship between the type of distribution and of density of fibers of monoamine nerve in intracerebral vessels and their nerve regulation was discussed.

应用ABC法,以酪氨酸羟化酶作为标记物,对幼年、成年、老年Wistar大鼠(每组各10只)脑实质内血管的免疫阳性神经纤维的分布类型、纤维密度等进行了观察。结果是:在三组不同年龄大鼠脑皮质血管壁上均出现免疫反应阳性纤维。幼年鼠脑皮质血管神经纤维分布类型有环行型(占58.14%)和纵行型(占41.86%),纤维密度较小;成年鼠分布类型主要有网状型(占89.12%),其次为环行型(占8.34%),少数为纵行型,纤维密度较大;老年鼠分布类型大多数为环行型(76.03%),其余为网状型(占23.97%),纤维密度明显较成年鼠稀疏。本文讨论了脑内血管神经纤维的分布类型、纤维密度与脑内微循环的神经源性调节的关系。

Nerve fibers containing dynor-phin (Dyn) A(1-17)-like immunoreactivity were identified around cerebral arteries of guinea pig. The immunoreactive nerve fibers were richly distributed in anterior and middle cerebral arteries, but sparsely in posterior cerebral and basilar arteries. Histofluorescent study showed that large and small cerebral arteries were abundantly innervated by monoamine nerve fibers. Pretreatment with 6-hydroxydopamine or reserpine reduced the concentration of Dyn A in the wall of arteries...

These results demonstrated that there exist Dyn A immuoreactive nerve fibers in cerebral arteries and Dyn A may coexist with monoamine in perivascular nerve fibers.

免疫组织化学方法显示豚鼠脑动脉上有含强啡肽A_(1-17)免疫样物质的神经纤维存在,大脑前和中动脉上分布最高。乙醛酸诱发荧光法显示有丰富的单胺能神经纤维分布在大的和小的脑血管上,大鼠预先给予6-羟多巴胺或利血平,血管壁上强啡肽含量明显下降。以上结果提示:血管壁上有强啡肽A纤维存在,并且它可能与单胺类神经递质共存。
