The results showed that the microphase separation of PB depended mainly on the 1,2-unit content of 1,2 block , block ratio and molecular weight of the poly-mer .The 1,4-1,2-polybutadiene of microphase separation presented two Tg on DSC-TDA spectra , its [η] presented maximum with increasing 1,2- PB block and had lower cold flow, better processability and higher yield strength .

In recent years we systematically studied the action of P in cold rolled Fe-P alloys and discovered that P segregated preferentially along dislocation line and formed non-equilibrium structure, and also noticed that the non-equilibrium structure closely related to the formation of the recrystallization texture. In order to certify the behaviour that phosphrus segregates preferentially along dislocation line, the present work was to investigate the effects of P on mechanical properties. The studied samples are three Fe-P alloys of different content P 0.007, 0.06 and 0.09 wt-% respectively. The samples were prepared after 70% reduction by cold rolling and annealed at 200-700℃ in a common vacuum tubular furnace. The experiments were performed by SHIMADZU AGA-ST tension machine, loading 2500N, tension speed 1.5 mm/ min. The change of microhardnesses and stress-strain curves were measured. The effects of P content and its segregation state on the mechanical properties of Fe-P alloys were analysed.The results show that the microhardness values of the alloys increase with increasing content of P, but decrease as the annealing temperature is increased. The microhardness of the sample with 0.007 wt--% P content appears no change below 400℃ and decrease at the start of 450℃. There is a little change of the microhardnesses for the other samples with 0.06 wt-% and 0.09 wt-% P content below 350℃, and the microhardnesses decrease at the start of 400t. The relationship curves of σs, (Yield strength), oh (tensilestrength) and δ (elongation) with'annealing temperature correspond with the results of the microhardness.There is not apparent yield phenomenon below 300t, and the yield phenomena appear at 350t (0.09wt-%p), 400℃ (0.06 wt--% P) and 500℃ 0.007 wt-% P). The Luders strain increases with increasing contentof P. It is evident that hardening action of P in Fe-P alloy is different from the yield phenomenon of pure iron alloy. The presence manner of .p in Fe-P alloy has a direct effect on mechanical properties of material.The results can be explained by dislocation theory and yield model.It can be concluded that (1) besides the action of solid-solution hardening of P in solid solution, the pinning effect which is attributed to P to segregate along dislocation line makes dislocation motion difficult and the fined grains after recrystallization increase the resistance of alloy deformation and raise the strength of the alloys, but decrease the plasticity of the alloys. (2) the pinning effect of P atom "cloud" on dislocation motionis similar to that of C and N atoms, so the yield of Fe-P alloy resembles that of carbon steel. The phenomenon that P atoms segregate preferencially along dislocation line is reassured during the recovery stage.

测量了三种含磷量的Fe-P合金(0.007,0.06,0.09wt一%P)经70%冷变形后,在200-700℃真空退火过程中显微硬度值及应力一应变曲线随退火温度的变化,分析不同磷含量及其偏聚状态对Fe-P合金力学性能的影响,结果表明:磷原子“气团”对位错运动的钉扎作用类似C,N等原子的作用,使含磷合金出现类似碳钢的屈服现象,再次证明了回复状态下磷原子偏聚于位错线上
