It is bound to be a trend in flood control and hazard mitigation that the study object of flood disaster risk converts from single risk to integrated risk.So,the constitution characteristics analysis of integrated risk for flood disaster is the all-important role.At first,by applying the theory on Disaster Science,the macro-constitution of integrated risk for flood disaster,which is composed of the hazard of flood,absoluteness in frangibility of environment,relativity in vulnerability of disaster carrier and evaluation for the situation of a disaster loss for the sake of macro-evaluation for flood disaster risk,is presented.The corresponding quantitative approaches of them are constructed too.Second,from the point of view of model,the micro-construction of the risk chain,which consists of flood risk,engineering risk,investment risk,floodplain risk,flood eco-environment risk and decision-making risk for flood control,is structured regarding flood as the center.The corresponding quantitative conceptual model are constructed by Probability Theory.Besides,systemic analysis on the constitution of integrated risk has been carried through in the end.

洪灾风险研究从单一风险转向综合风险,将是防洪减灾理论发展的必然趋势,而结构特征分析则是洪灾综合风险研究的首要任务。首先,应用灾害学的研究理论探讨洪水灾害的风险性,建立由致灾因子的危险性、孕灾环境的脆弱绝对性、承灾体易损相对性及用于洪灾风险宏观评价的灾情损失评估所组成的洪灾风险分析的宏观结构,并给出了相应的量化途径;其次,从模型分析的角度,分析了由洪水风险、防洪工程风险、防洪投资风险、洪泛区风险、洪水生态环境风险和防洪决策风险6个方面组成的洪灾综合风险特征,构建以洪水为中心的洪灾风险链的微观结构,并应用概率论方法,给出了相应的量化概念模型;最后,对洪灾综合风险的结构进行了系统分析。

In the last several decades,along with the rapid development of scale livestock and poultry industry in China,the increase of deleterious contaminants,such as heavy metals,residues of animal medicine,salinities,and maleficent bacteria,in the manures of livestock and poultry made up of the limiting factors which affected the healthy function of farmland soil,even brought about eco-environment risk.The main chemical composition of livestock and poultry manures from typical intensive farms from...

In the last several decades,along with the rapid development of scale livestock and poultry industry in China,the increase of deleterious contaminants,such as heavy metals,residues of animal medicine,salinities,and maleficent bacteria,in the manures of livestock and poultry made up of the limiting factors which affected the healthy function of farmland soil,even brought about eco-environment risk.The main chemical composition of livestock and poultry manures from typical intensive farms from seven provinces or municipalities in China were measured.Results showed that manures riched in organic materials and inorganic minerals elements,such as nitrogen,phosphorus,potash,calcium,magnesium,iron,sodium,manganese,and cobalt.Moreover,the contents of some heavy metals(arsenic,copper,zinc,chromium) and salinities were high in livestock and poultry manures;The content of copper,zinc,chromium and arsenic was in range of 10.7—1591 mg/kg,71.3—8710 mg/kg,0—688 mg/kg and 0.01—65.4 mg/kg respectively in 55 samples of pig and chicken manures.Meanwhile,the antibiotics residues of tetracycline were detected in the manures.The average content of OTC,TTC and CTC for 32 samples of pig manure was 9.09 mg/kg,5.22 mg/kg and 3.57 mg/kg,(respectively,) and the average content of OTC,TTC and CTC for 23 samples of chicken manure was 5.97 mg/kg,2.63(mg/kg) and 1.39 mg/kg,respectively.As a result,the livestock and poultry manures must be harmlessly processed before land utilization.

随着我国规模化养殖业的快速发展,畜禽粪中重金属、兽药残留、盐分及有害菌等有害污染物的增加,构成影响农田土壤健康功能的限制因素,甚至带来生态环境风险。对我国7个省、市、自治区的典型规模化养殖畜禽粪的主要化学组成进行了测定。结果表明,规模化养殖畜禽粪中富含有机质、氮、磷、钾及钙、镁、铁、钠、锰、钴等矿质元素;砷、铜、锌、铬等重金属及盐分含量较高,55个猪粪、鸡粪样中,Cu、Zn、Cr、As含量变幅分别为10.7~1591mg/kg、71.38~710 mg/kg、06~88 mg/kg、0.016~5.4 mg/kg。同时多有四环素类抗生素残留,32个猪粪样中,土霉素、四环素、金霉素平均含量分别为9.09 mg/kg、5.22 mg/kg、3.57 mg/kg;23个鸡粪样中,土霉素、四环素、金霉素平均含量分别为5.97 mg/kg2、.63 mg/kg1、.39 mg/kg。因此,规模化养殖畜禽粪对农田施用后存在潜在危害性,规模化养殖畜禽粪必须进行无害化处理,才能资源化利用。

从模型分析的角度,分析了由洪水风险、防洪工程风险、防洪投资风险、洪泛区风险、洪水生态环境风险和防洪决策风险6个方面所组成的洪灾综合风险特征,构建以洪水为中心的洪灾风险链的微观结构.应用概率论方法,给出了相应的量化概念模型,并提出了具体的研究路线.最后,对洪灾综合风险的结构进行了系统分析,为深入探讨洪灾综合风险分析与管理的具体方法、模型及防洪对策提供了总体研究框架与思路.
