通过与复方阿胶浆、施普端螺旋藻胶囊抗贫血功效的比较,研究了海脉冲营养素(HMC)对小鼠造血功能的影响。结果表明,小鼠口服HMC500mg/(kg·d),对失血性贫血小鼠有提高Hb(P<0.05)、RBC(P<0.05)的作用,对苯肼引起的溶血性贫血小鼠有升高Hb(P<0.01)、RSC(P<0.05)、WBC(P<0.05)的作用;能促进由环磷酰胺(CTX)所致骨髓抑制小鼠的骨髓有核细胞的增殖(P<0.01),增加脾脏重量(P<0.01)。升高外周血中网织红细胞(P<0.01)和WBC(P<0.01)数量。其功能比复方阿胶浆更突出,比施普瑞螺旋藻胶囊更全面。

Objective: The objective of present study is to sum up the therapeutic effects of spirulina capsule in the chemotherapy,radiotherapy and post-operation patients with QI deficiency or blood deficiency.Method: 120 pa-tients with advanced malignant tumor were randomly divided into trial group,80 patients,and control group,40 pa-tients,Spirulina capsule was given to the experimental group 4 tablets,tid.The control group was given ZHENQI-FUZHENG capsule 6 tablets bid.Patients in both groups lasted 28 days.Compare the effects and in both groups.Re-sult: The response rate was 91.25% in the trial group;in the control group,the response rate was 80%.The re-sponse rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups have little different in the improvement symptoms such as panting、fatigue、dizziness、palpitations(P>0.05).Con-clusion: Spirulina capsule can improve the deficiency QI or deficiency of blood in patients with advanced cancer.

目的:总结观察螺旋藻胶囊改善肿瘤放、化疗及手术后气虚或血虚症的临床疗效。方法:120例肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组服用螺旋藻胶囊,对照组服用贞芪扶正胶囊,均持续服药28d。观察两组患者的相关指标,以判断其临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为91.25%,对照组有效率为80%,两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。同时治疗组在改善气短、乏力、头晕、心悸等症状上,与对照组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:螺旋藻胶囊在改善肿瘤患者气虚、血虚或气血两虚证方面有一定实用价值。
