Working principle of a MEMS piezoelectric inkjet print head is introduced. This work is concentrated on its mechanical vibration behavior, which is induced by converse piezoelectric effect. The structure of the model consists of a layer of Pyrex and another layer of piezoelectric diaphragm deposited on its top. The maximum static deflections of this model are 0. 57 μm and 0. 36 μm, and natural frequencies are 23. 90 kHz and 22. 30 kHz. All these are calculated by finite element analysis software-ANSYS,...

Working principle of a MEMS piezoelectric inkjet print head is introduced. This work is concentrated on its mechanical vibration behavior, which is induced by converse piezoelectric effect. To enhance the recyclability of the toner ink printed papers, in addition to the improvement ofconditions of the wastepaper deinking technological process, the adjustment of some parameters in toner ink printing process of laser or staticelectricity printing, such as the fusion temperature, mode of fusion, printing speed, softness of the fusion rolls, can alter the recyclability of tonerink printed wastepaper.

Presently, archives containing inkjet printed digital images stored in archiving departments are a delicate problem due to the fact that the quality and long term preservativity of inkjet printed images are seriously affected by various factors e.g.printing paper,printing ink etc. This paper presents a discussion on this subject and emphasizes that printing ink should be chosen according to the actual needs of printed material.

目前,档案部门保管的数码打印影像文件耐久性令人担忧,喷墨打印影像的质量和长久保存性受纸张和墨多种因素的影响,本文提出在打印时要根据文件的实际用途选择相应的墨。
