In the analysis of stability and rapid damping conditions of hydraulic turbine control system consisting of ideal speed governor with elastic follow-up device, this article takes into account the influence of hydraulic turbine characteristics. Six slope constants are chosen for representing the turbine character influence, and they vary with the types and the operating regimes of hydraulic turbines. Vishniegrasky's diagram(third order system transients) is utilized for the determination of conditions necessary for half a periodic regulating process. The calculation method with an example of optimum adjustment of governor parameters(temporary statism and isodrome time constant) with different types of turbines and operating regime is described. It is considered useful for setting the electrohydraulic speed governors, which have been widely employed in many hydropower plants.

The third-order control system discussed in this paper is composed of PI controller and non-self-equilibrating controlled object of inertia unit in series with integral unit. There are many kinds of adjustment principle for choosing its parameters. With regards to the problem of the optimum regulating process, this article investigates the relation between dynamic performance index and system angular speed ω in light of the dynamic performance curve which shows the response to the unit step signal and unit ramp signal. Then, in accordance to better performance index and the possible local industrial craftsmanship and qualification of regulation organism that might be realized, system angular speed ia value is selected, followed by the choosing of parameters of the controller to get the optimal regulating process.

本文从三阶自动调节系统基本形式对单位阶跃、单位斜坡信号所具有的动态反应曲线出发,研究过渡过程的动态性能指标与系统角频率ω之间的关系,然后根据动态性能指标,实际工艺过程及调节机构可能实施情况,合理选择系统的角频率ω,从而确定调节器的整定参数,以达到最佳调节过渡过程之目的。
