Because of the new special design of construction, the thermocouple has particular advantages as well as practical characters such as its simple component, easy to make, very short response time and accurate measurement of temperature. This quick-micro thermocouples should be standardized and systemtized. Thus, more platinum and platinum-rhodium alloys can be saved.

    文中叙述了一种新型快速微型热电偶,可以测量熔融金属温度达1350℃。此热电偶的原理是基于热电特性的第三原理。当第三种金属接入热电偶回路中,此第三金属也是均质的,并且两个新接点处在同一温度时不改变热电偶的热电势值。由于提供了一种新的特别结构设计,使热电偶有了某些特殊的优点以及实用特性。它的结构简单,容易制造,响应快,测温准确。这些快速微型热电偶将可以形成系列化和标准化,预期每年可以节约较多的铂铑贵金属。
