Objective To investigate the effective mechanism of Qingfei Decoction combined with Bailing Capsules on rats in acute phase of asthma. Method The animal model of asthma was established with SD rats and then divide them into the group 1 (normal control group), group 2 (model group), group 3 (Qingfei Decoction combined with Bailing Capsules group), group 4 (Qingfei Decoction group) and group 5 (dexamethasone group, each n=10). The pathological changes in lung tissue were observed in different groups....

Objective To investigate the effective mechanism of Qingfei Decoction combined with Bailing Capsules on rats in acute phase of asthma. Method The animal model of asthma was established with SD rats and then divide them into the group 1 (normal control group), group 2 (model group), group 3 (Qingfei Decoction combined with Bailing Capsules group), group 4 (Qingfei Decoction group) and group 5 (dexamethasone group, each n=10). The pathological changes in lung tissue were observed in different groups. Result In group 3 the inflammation was relieved. There was no inflammation observed on respiratory tract wall. The lymphocyte infiltration was obviously decreased and stenosis of bronchocavity was not observed. The curative effect in group 3 was better than that in group 4 and group 5. Conclusion Bailing Capsules can relieve more quickly the bronchospasm and inflammation, decrease eosinophils (EOS) infiltration and inhibit the hyperergy of respiratory tract.

目的探讨清肺饮合百令胶囊治疗哮喘大鼠急性期的作用机制。方法制作SD大鼠哮喘的动物模型,分为正常对照组、模型组、清肺饮合百令胶囊组、清肺饮组、地塞米松组5个组,每组均为10只,观察各组的肺组织病理变化。结果清肺饮合百令胶囊组炎症改善,管壁无明显炎症,淋巴细胞浸润灶明显减少,管腔未见明显狭窄,效果明显优于清肺饮组和地塞米松组。结论百令胶囊能更快地缓解支气管痉挛,减少嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,减轻气道炎症,降低气道的高反应性。

The serum IL-13, SccAg, and IgE concentrations in medium, serious asthma group were significantly higher than those in mild asthma group ( P<0.05 or 0.01). The serum IL-13, SccAg, and IgE concentrations in pneumonia group were not significantly different from those of normal control (P>0.05).Conclusion: IL-13 and SccAg may play some role in the pathogenesis of asthma. Determinating the serum IL-13, IgE, and SccAg is useful for monitoring the development and remission of asthma.

目的:探讨哮喘患儿血清IL-13、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SccAg)及IgE水平变化及意义。方法:采用ELISA法检测58例哮喘患儿(发作26例,缓解32例;轻度发作16例,中、重度发作10例)、33例正常对照及40例肺炎患儿血清IL-13、SccAg及IgE水平。结果:哮喘组血清IL-13、SccAg及IgE水平均高于对照组(P<0.001)。哮喘发作组血清IL-13、SccAg水平均高于缓解组及对照组(P<0.001),但缓解组及对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。哮喘发作组血清IgE水平高于缓解组,2组均高于对照组(P<0.001)。哮喘患儿发作期血清IL-13与SccAg、IgE水平呈正相关(r=0.958,r=0.955,P均<0.01)。中、重度组血清IL-13、SccAg及IgE水平均高于轻度组(P<0.05或0.01)。肺炎组血清IL-13、SccAg及IgE水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IL-13、SccAg在哮喘发病中起一定作用,检测血清IL-13、IgE及SccAg水平对病情发展及转归的监测具有重要意义。
