Each group was exposed to one of following impulse noise conditions, 163 dB SPL 10 impulses at 1/10s, 163 dB SPL 10 impulses at 1/90s, 163 dB SPL 10 impulses at 1/0.5s, 166 dB SPL 5 impulses at 1/90s and 172 dB SPL 1 impulse. The impulse noise had a duration of 0.1 ms. After exposure, threshold shifts were systematically measured at 24, 48h and 8 days respectively. The results were as follows: (1) There were significant differences in threshold shifts among these groups. (2) The 3dB doubling rule was not valid for all combinations of different peak levels and numbers of impulses. (3) The repitition rate was a critical variable which may affect the degree of hearing damage during equal energy exposure to impulse noise.

The results show that the appearence of SP- is related to CAP thresthold shift. The appearence of SP- is more frequently than is in normal condition when auditory thresthold shift is equivatent to or over 30 dB. The lower the amplitude of SP+ is, the higher the amplitude of SP-, and vice versa. It suggests that SP- may be suppressed by SP+ in normal hearing. The suppression may be released if OHCs were injured. Dominent SP as the sign of recruitment may be induced by the change of nonlinear character of IHC following the damage of OHC.

Under continuous ECoG recording, electrial stimulation was given to the anterior frontal cortex of the rats. Changes of behaviors and ECoG of the rats were observed simultaneously. Results Epileptiform EEG discharges in the cortex and hippocampus were induced without seizure during the subconvulant electric stimulation (SES) to the anterior frontal cortex. Conclusions The anterior frontal cortex SES can cause SCD in the cortex and hippocampus.

目的 建立惊厥阈下脑放电动物模型,研究惊厥阈下脑放电(SCD) 对大鼠空间变换学习记忆的影响。方法 选用雄性Wistar 大鼠18 只,采用慢性电极埋植法,在连续ECoG 记录下给予大鼠前额叶皮层电刺激,同时观察大鼠行为及脑电变化。结果 当30 ~50 μA 电刺激时可在额叶皮层引起4 .5~5 Hz 单发或连续的高波幅棘慢波,海马则为与皮层同步的高波幅θ节律,无临床惊厥表现。结论 30 ~50 μA 电刺激可引起皮层和海马的惊厥阈下放电。
