通常环境水样或电镀液中微量阴离子表面活性剂的测定都采用萃取光度法,这些方法都需要用有机溶剂萃取,比较繁琐而且毒性较大。本文提出了用维多利亚蓝B作显色剂,在磷酸介质中以聚乙烯醇作增溶剂,测定微量阴离子表面活性剂的方法。对十二烷基硫酸钠来说,络合物最大吸收峰为555nm,符合比尔定律的范围是1-60μg/25mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.57×10~4l/mol·cm。用此法可直接在水相中测定河水及电镀液中微量阴离子表面活性剂,结果满意。

An experimental investigation is made on the application of ion chismatography in the determination of trace anion in pure water.The F -、Cl -、NO 3 -、SO 4 2- trace anion of μg/L class in pure water can be determined by ion chromatography correctly,quickly and simultaneously.The method has been widely used for the trace analysis of pure water at Baosteel for its less interference,easy operation and no toxity and secondary pollution.The ion recovery,sensitivity and relative standard...

An experimental investigation is made on the application of ion chismatography in the determination of trace anion in pure water.The F -、Cl -、NO 3 -、SO 4 2- trace anion of μg/L class in pure water can be determined by ion chromatography correctly,quickly and simultaneously.The method has been widely used for the trace analysis of pure water at Baosteel for its less interference,easy operation and no toxity and secondary pollution.The ion recovery,sensitivity and relative standard deviation of the method come up to 85%~112%,0 002% μg/mL and 4.22% respectively.

就离子色谱法应用于纯水中痕量无机阴离子的检测进行了试验研究。该方法可同时对 μg/L级F- 、Cl- 、NO3- 、SO42 - 进行快速、准确的检测 ,干扰少 ,操作简单 ,且试验无毒性 ,不会带来二次污染。回收率达到 85%~ 1 1 2 % ,灵敏度达到 0 0 0 2 μg/mL ,相对标准偏差为4 2 2 % ,该方法在宝钢纯水领域的痕量分析中得到广泛的应用

The anion self-regenerating neutralization was used to the analysis of trace anion in TBAOH to produce hydronium ions, which served to neutralize the basic portion of the sample. Then we determined the trace anions by ion chromatograph with conductivity detection. The method was used to determine the trace anions in sample TBAOH, the results are satisfactory and the recovery is between 87.68% and 109.4% .

采用在线中和装置去除氢氧化四丁基铵(TBAOH)中氢氧根对阴离子测定的干扰,然后再采用离子色谱法对几种氢氧化四丁基铵中几种痕量阴离子进行测定。对样品进行测定,结果比较满意,回收率在87.68%~109.4%之间。
