通常环境水样或电镀液中微量阴离子表面活性剂的测定都采用萃取光度法,这些方法都需要用有机溶剂萃取,比较繁琐而且毒性较大。本文提出了用维多利亚蓝B作显色剂,在磷酸介质中以聚乙烯醇作增溶剂,测定微量阴离子表面活性剂的方法。对十二烷基硫酸钠来说,络合物最大吸收峰为555nm,符合比尔定律的范围是1-60μg/25mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.57×10~4l/mol·cm。用此法可直接在水相中测定河水及电镀液中微量阴离子表面活性剂,结果满意。

The anion self-regenerating neutralization was used to the analysis of trace anion in TBAOH to produce hydronium ions, which served to neutralize the basic portion of the sample. Then we determined the trace anions by ion chromatograph with conductivity detection. The method was used to determine the trace anions in sample TBAOH, the results are satisfactory and the recovery is between 87.68% and 109.4% .

采用在线中和装置去除氢氧化四丁基铵(TBAOH)中氢氧根对阴离子测定的干扰,然后再采用离子色谱法对几种氢氧化四丁基铵中几种痕量阴离子进行测定。对样品进行测定,结果比较满意,回收率在87.68%~109.4%之间。

建立了过氧化氢试剂中痕量阴离子的离子色谱分析方法 ,样品中的过氧化氢基体用铂丝在小烧杯中加热分解 ,处理后的样品溶液注入离子色谱系统进行分析测定。常见阴离子的检出限为 1× 10 -9。Cl-和SO2 -4的标准加入回收率分别为 10 9 7%和 10 2 %。方法已成功的用于商品过氧化氢的分析
