There is a balance structure of upper rock layer in higher level compared with the layered extraction, which exists in the form of finite deformation beam. The activity of the structure is a process, in which the balance structure and the top coal interact, and the activity way relates to the multidamage of top coal. The reasonable support capacity can be calculated with the damage factor D and the strain ε of top coal, and ε can be obtained with the deformation of the finite deformation beam and the deformation of roof.

The Components to be counted have same basic geometrical form, and are very difficult to separate when they conglutinate. Each kind of components need different division algorithm for their unique characteristics. Only all the components are separated independence can achieve a precise count result. According to the complex characteristics of the components to be separated, an image division algorithm based on the layered features extraction method and mathematical morphology is put forward. In the layered features extraction method, firstly, different types of objects in an image should be dealt with separately; secondly, divide the same type objects, namely, use mathematical morphology algorithms to extract the different characteristics from the same objects, and gradually achieve separation. For the target objects which have complex textures, use mathematical morphology method to achieve more precise segmentation. The mathematical morphology is a new image analysis disciplines, which is based on strict mathematical theoretical foundation. Its basic ideas and methods have had a major impact to image processing theory and technology, and many very successful theoretical models and visual detection systems are used mathematical morphology algorithms as their theoretical basis. First, use the method of gray morphology gradient to extract the gray values of the edges or the details which have obvious change in the image. Then, using the Top-Hat algorithm gets the feature points that can not be easily detected in the image. Gray morphology gradient method is one of the mathematical morphology algorithm .It uses gradient to denote the light and shade changes in an image and presents as difference. The method extracts the contours and gray information of an image, but includes some interferential information at the same time. Top-Hat conversion means that subtract the image which has implemented with open operation from the original image, and get some marking points. The method is usually very effective to achieve dark pixels in the light image background, or to seek the light pixels in the dark background of the image. The marking points can make up the deficiency of gray morphology gradient. It reinforces the useful information and weakens the interference which has been extracted from the front step. Combine the two methods mentioned above to draw up more complete features, and to achieve more precise segmentation, thus simplify the separation of conglutination components. For the complex characteristics of the target objects in images, use the layered extraction method to extract features respectively. At last, carry through the segmentation with the final integration of all the features. The algorithm will not only reduce the algorithm complexity, but also can reduce image processing time. 提出基于层次特征提取及数学形态学的图像分割算法。该算法用分层次的特征提取方法对不同类的目标物体进行特征提取,逐步实现分离。对纹理特征复杂的物体,采用数学形态学的方法提取所需细节特征,实现精确的分割。
