This paper analyzes the circular and axial movement of the abrasive particle of DIA jet on the basis of the theory of two phase flow about the liquid and solid, as it is conveyed in the high-pressure pipe, and points to the conclusion that the abrasive can bring about an axial acceleration movement in the position where jet nozzle is set and the position into which the jet firstly enter, and sets up the equation of an axial acceleration. This paper analyzes the circular and axial movement of the abrasive particle of DIA jet on the basis of the theory of two phase flow about the liquid and solid, as it is conveyed in the high-pressure pipe, and points to the conclusion that the abrasive can bring about an axial acceleration movement in the position where jet nozzle is set and the position into which the jet firstly enter, and sets up the equation of an axial acceleration. It is shown that abrasive needs certain time and room when the abrasive is subject to acceleration. The speed of abrasive tends to get close to that of the water in the high-pressure pipe in the form of negative exponent and the abrasive can achieve approximately the speed of water in a short time. Under this condition, the speed of the mixture of water and abrasive gets to the balance state, and the paper also puts forward that the gravity, the vertical component of force caused by small vortex flow under balance state/marclus force and the force caused by the particle end-signs are the forces which cause the abrasive particle to move along the crosswise.

应用液固两相流理论,分析了前混合式磨料水射流磨料颗粒在高压水管路内输送过程中的轴向运动和横向运动,得出了磨料颗粒在进入高压水管处和喷嘴处均产生轴向加速运动的结论,并建立了轴向加速运动方程.求解表明,磨料颗粒在加速过程中需要一定的时间和空间,其速度以负指数形式越近于高压管中水的速度,且在短时间内磨料颗粒的速度就能近似达到水的速度,磨料与水的混合液达到速度平衡状态.提出了重量、紊流运动时小漩涡垂直向上的分力、马格驽斯升力、颗粒尾迹间的作用力等是使磨料颗粒产生横向运动的力.
