用化学纯原料在水热条件下合成了C/S比为1.0和1.3的二个水化硅酸钙样品,研究了水化硅酸钙在200~800℃温区脱水过程中发生的组成和结构的变化和其脱水相再水化。结果表明,在400~800℃范围内脱水的水化硅酸钙脱水相均具有胶凝性能:在较低温度下(400℃)脱水的脱水相比表面极大,再水化时需水量很大,因而使其水化硬化体中具有丰富的孔网体系。本文为建立400℃左右低温脱水的水化物脱水相(DehydratedHydratesPhases简称DHP)胶凝材料新体系提供了理论依据。

CA was made by means of SHS, AFm was formed using source of CA. Varieties of composition and structure of AFm at the dehydration process were studied by using DTA TG. The product of anhydrous AFm dehydrated at the temperature of 300 ̄480 ℃ was discovered. The study of hydration products, hydration process and hardened pastes results that anhydrous has cementitious property, longer setting time, higher late strength and obvious expansion in the presence of gypsum.

用分析纯原料合成了水化铝酸钙纯样品,用DTA-TG、XRD研究了脱水过程及脱水相组成和特性;用XRD定量分析了脱水相水化产物和水化速度;考察了脱水相的凝结时间与硬化体强度,本文为建立400℃左右低温脱水的水化物脱水相(DehydratedHydratesPhases简称DHP)胶凝材料新体系提供了理论依据。
