This paper presents an algorithm of very short term load forecasting and dynamic economic dispatching for power systems.In this paper, load is decomposed into a definite part and a random part. The off-line(24 hours ahead) load forecasting (after sampling a cubic spline interpolation) can provide an exogenous input (definit part) for the on-line very shor term load forecasting. The algorithm of the on-line very short term load forecasting based on high order AR model fitting error time series are developed. The performance of the approach is calcutaled with data provided by a practical system. The simulation results are satisfactory.A recurrence algorithm of dynamic economic dispatching coupled with very short term load forecasting is presented. Small memory capacity and short CPU time are repuired by the algorithm for the solution of the economic dispatch every interval with simple form of sparse dual method. The computational experience showed that the algorithm of dynamkic dispatch was able to foresee how the present loading of units would affect economic dispatch of units within a certain period. It can provide benefits of better load tra-king and improved economic generation.

本文对超短期负荷预报和动态经济调度算法进行了探讨。 文中把负荷分成确定性分量和随机分量两部分。离线提前24小时的负荷预报(经三次样条后)为在线超短期负荷预报提供了一个外部输入(确定性分量).采用高级AR模型拟合时间序列法进行超短期负荷预报,并利用实际系统的数据对这方法进行了计算,得到满意的结果。 本文提出一个与超短期负荷预报结合在一起的动态经济调度递推算法。用稀疏对偶单纯形法求解每时段的经济功率分配,所用内存少,计算时间短。实例计算证明:动态经济调度算法能够提前看到当前发电机组的出力是如何影响将来一段时间内机组的经济功率分配,能提供更好的负荷跟踪功能和提高系统运行的经济性.
