In this PaPer, we introduce how to use design system of the Drawing-die Design ExPert System(DDES) to complete its graphical automatic Production. 基于工程设计CAD专家系统特点,建立了ADDES专家系统(飞机压延模CAD专家系统)。在建立DIE编码系统基础上,使用特征编码等方法建立用户模型。系统中机构具有求解部分问题的能力,系统将机构层次地、分布式地组织,综合采用黑板结构、元推理等方法控制系统的问题求解策略,从而解决因知识库庞大而引起的效率低以及多专家系统合作等问题。

The drawing die design by the use of the variational method for special shaped steel was studied.It was proved that the variational method is simple and feasible for CAD of the drawing die design.This method was successfully used in the drawing die design of the wobbler spindler.

采用了变分法原理,对异型材拉拔模具设计的方法进行了研究.初步实践表明,拉拔模具设计采用变分的方法可应用计算机进行辅助设计,是简便、易行的方法,已成功地用于梅花轴形件的拉拔模具设计
