The presence of sodium sulfate or zinc sulfate as deluent in the dyestuff does not affect the polarographic wave. This method is applicable for the quantitative analysis of this dyestuff.

重氮鹽类的含量測定,在印染工业方面有其重要的意义和作用。作者試用极谱法分析印染工业上常用的国产偶氮染料——凡拉明藍B鹽,以求得一个簡單迅速的分析方法。以0.1N鹽酸为底液,0.001 M凡拉明藍B鹽在-0.65伏特左右产生一波。它的半波电位与波随溶液酸度和濃度的改变而异。溶液pH值增,半波电位負值增加,波降低。溶液濃度愈,半波电位負值愈大,波愈增。应用标定曲綫法可以测定凡拉明藍B鹽的含量。硫酸鈉或硫酸鋅作为填充剂时,对凡拉明藍B鹽的极譜曲綫及波无多大影响。重氮鹽在温易于分解,因此操作过程宜在低溫进行。

Utilization of sewage to cultivate green algae has high economic value, and also produces high purification effect on sewage, thus reducing the cost of construction of sewage greatment works. This paper gives the results of a series of tests on the cultivation of algae in settled sanitary sewage and textile wastes, covering the concentration of algae in sewage, the condition of growth, the quantity and composition of algae, the methods of separation, and the effect of purification on sewage.

采用污水培养绿藻,一方面可以利用绿藻的经济价值,同时对污水的处理效果很,可以节 省污水处理建筑物的建筑费用。本文就沉淀后的生活污水及毛纺织厂的工业污水培养绿藻,在污 水与藻液的配合比,绿藻的生长情况,产量与养分,绿藻从水中分离的方法以及培养绿藻对污水 处理的效果等方面,进行了试验,并得到一些初步成果。
