The results showed that mineral nutrition,soluble sugar and starch contents of the grapevines grafted on 110R and 1103P,which belonged to V.rupestris×V.berlandieri hybrid combination were much higher than that of the grapevines grafted on 420A and SO43、309C,which belonged to V.riparia ×V.berlandieri and V.riparia×V.rupestris hybrid combinations respectively.
The results demonstrated apples had been polluted by the lead of vehicle emission. The Pb contents in the apple at 5 m and 30 m along the roadsides were 0.2917 mg/kg,0.291 3 mg/kg,which were 1.46 and 1.45 times higher than the standard of the pollution-free fruit.
结果表明,汽车尾气对苹果造成的Pb污染,在公路两侧30 m范围内较高,5 m和30 m处果实果皮中的Pb含量分别为0.292m g/kg和0.291 m g/kg,是无公害苹果生产标准(0.2 m g/kg)的1.46和1.45倍。

In our lab, by mRNA DDRT-PCR (mRNA differential display reverse transcription-PCR ) and RACE (Rapid amplification of cDNA ends ) , the novel GLOXrg gene of Chinese wild Vitis was cloned from Vitis pseudoreticulata Baihe-35-1, which has a high resistance to Uncinula necator. In our research, the physical and chemical character and the function of GLOXrg were predicted by the usual tools and softwares of bioinformatics.
The results showed that the root weight,height of romaine lettuce were increased by 17.7%～23.4% and 18.6%～89.4%,respectively. The yield were increased by 55.6% to 132.9 % in six manure treatments (P≤0.01) and the effect was in the order of RS>CM>PP>MS>RM>PM.
