Spot adjunct on the face of 92507 bearing internal ring was analysed by optical and scanning electron microscope as well as energy dispersive spectrum. Cracks were found between spot adjunct and internal bearing ring. Microstructure examination revealed spot welding characteristics. It was concluded that spot adjunct was a result of improper welding of internal bearing ring.

采用光镜、电镜和能谱仪等对 92 50 7轴承内圈端面上的块状物进行了分析。结果表明 ,块状物和轴承内圈之间存在“裂纹”,并有高温作用和熔滴溅射的痕迹 ;块状物中的锰含量明显高于轴承基体的含量。因此 ,可确认块状物是不恰当的焊接所致产物。

本文针对92507轴承内圈端面上的块状物缺陷,采用OM,SEM和EDS等方法进行了分析。结果表明,这种块状物与焊接(点焊)有关;块状物和轴承内圈之间存在裂纹,且有高温作用和熔滴溅射的痕迹;此外,用能谱仪(EDS)发现,块状物中的Mn质量分数明显高于轴承母体的质量分数。根据以上结果,为质量事故的起因找到可靠的依据。
