In the technical construction stage, a new rock yard has been recommended in order to provide the reliable guarantee for the normal construction of the dam on scheme. The excavation of dam foundation has been conducted from the bottom to top and by zones and stages. The construction road access to the dam has been arranged by stages and by zones. The rock material has been filled during the frost season. A construction drift for water diversion system has been increased to quicken the construction progress of diversion tunnel.

小山水电站工程由钢筋混凝土面板堆石坝、岸坡溢洪道、引水系统及发电厂房组成。在施工中导流洞大塌方采取先衬砌上半洞,下部边墙用钢筋混凝土柱墙及锚喷支护处理,保证了1994年按期实现了大江冰期截流和大坝挡汛、壤土心墙围堰冬期施工。在技施阶段重新推荐堆石料场,为大坝正常按期填筑提供了可靠保证。坝基开挖采取自下向上分层分阶段开挖施工;上坝施工路分期分层布置,堆石料冰冻季节填筑。增设了引水系统施工支洞,加快了引水隧洞施工进度。发电厂房基坑混凝土浇筑在1995年入冬前仍处在河水位以下,河床渗水比较严重(12m3/h),经充水越冬保温,取得了成功。

In this paper,the authors change the abnormal distributed variables into the normal distributed variables by using Rackwits Fiessler method,and obtain the model of the structural optimization design based on reliability standard.This model is based on the limit state design philosophy.This paper adopts the chance constraint programming method and changes the model into an equal deterministic nonlinear design problem.At last,an example of reliability optimization design of the reinforced concrete pillar...

利用雷—菲法把非正态变量转换为当量正态变量,建立了在多个任意分布基本变量情况下的可靠性结构优化设计数学模型。该模型以极限状态设计方法为基础,采用机遇约束规划方法变换为一个等价确定性非线性规划问题。最后给出了设计价格最小的矩形截面钢筋混凝土柱的可靠性优化设计实例。
