Frogeye leaf spot disease has been an important one in soybean productfor several years in Heilongjiang province.The authors present differentiating criterion for evaluating resistent to thedisease according to area and quality of spot on leaf of soybean.Greater part ofnumber of cultivated varieties in the province weren't resistant to this disease.The 50 varieties were evaluated with 7 physiological races of the disease,theresults showed that resistant variety would be resistant to majority of physi-ological races,though it may be infected by one or two races,but its susce-ptbility would be lower than susceptible varieties.The analysis of crossbreeding population showed the resistance to frogeyeleaf spot was a qualitative character when the evaluating was done in field.It is necessary for developing resistant cultivar to cross among resistantor between resistant and susceptible parents.

本文提出以病斑大小和病斑数量的两个指标作为灰斑病抗性鉴定的分级标准。以田间自然发病调查和50份材料用不种单一生理小种分别接种鉴定,其结果表明:灰斑病生理小种既有遗传差异的一面,也有互相影响的一面。抗病品种抗多个生理小种,对某一、二个生理小种即使感病,程度也轻;总之,感病品种往往感染多个小种,对某些小种表现的抗性也是低的。F_1—F_4代杂种后代的遗传分离调查表明,在田间多生理小种存在的情况下,以病情等级作分离情况调查,抗病性呈现数量性状遗传特征。

Hefeng 25 is a high yielding variety with disease-tolerance and has already been released as much as one million ha annually.

大豆灰斑病是一个世界性的病害,在我国各地均有发生,尤以黑龙江省最为严重,使产量降低、品质变劣,降低商品价值。育成抗灰斑病品种,是解除灰斑病对大豆危害的根本方法。采用一次杂交和简单回交改良法均收到良好效果。已育成合丰27、合丰28、合丰29、合丰30号四个抗病品种在大面积生产上推广。耐病品种的应用,对保持大豆大面积稳产也具有重要意义,合丰25号是当前大面积推广品种中,耐病性较好的品种,年推广面积已达到1500万亩。
