电子计转数引信由于不需要测弹丸的炮口初速 ,减少了整个引信装定系统的复杂程度 ,降低了制造成本 .进一步分析、试验发现 ,利用地磁传感器作用原理的电子计转数引信的发射方向上有一个死区 ,在这一方向区域内发射炮弹 ,引信不能正常工作 .该文在试验的基础上对死区进行了分析 ,并提出了解决方案 ,即时间冗余电子计转数引信 .

In order to meet the industrialized requirement, the explosive bonding for large and thick stainless steel with billet was experimentally investigated. The explosive bonding parameters were calculated and optimized before experiment. It has shown that the calculated parameters prefigure exactly the explosive welding windows for stainless steel/mild steel. Simultaneously, the explosive speed as the accelerated distance from detonated point is greatly affected by the both explosive charge thick and area....

为了满足爆炸复合-轧制一体化技术的产业化要求,该文成功地进行了不锈钢/普碳钢大型厚板坯(复板厚20mm)的爆炸复合试验。试验前,首先对爆炸复合参数进行了计算和优化设计。试验结果表明,计算参数比较准确地预示了不锈钢/普碳钢大型厚板坯的爆炸焊接窗口;同时也发现,装药面积和装药厚度对炸药爆轰速度有很大影响。试验所得到的数据为不锈钢/普碳钢大型厚板坯的爆炸复合产业化提供了依据。

Combining practice at Nanfen Open Pit and applying statistical analysis,the paper introduces the measuring,analyzing and calculating of reliability of three types of detonating points between detonating cord and nonel tube.Primarily results of the reliability indexes of three types are determined,and its reliability is finally evaluated.

 结合南芬露天矿的实际,运用统计分析的方法,对导爆索与导爆管3种类型的传爆结点可靠性进行抽样测试、分析与计算,初步确定了其3种类型传爆结点的可靠性指标,并对其可靠性进行了评价。
