In order to know the efficacy of electrostatic air-disinfection-cleaning device in dynamic cleaning of air,dust particle counter method was used to observe the efficacy of actual removing of dust in operating room.Results: During operation of the air-cleaning device for 0.5~2.5 h.the number of dust particles with median diameter larger than 0.5 μm in air of operating room was 3811484.1 /m~3,which approximated the WHO standard of 10~5-grade cleanliness.At various periods in the course of operation,the number of dust particles in air of operating room decreased gradually.Within 0.5~2.5 h after cleaning,the average rate of removing dust attained 77.85%.The number of dust particles with different diameter ranges and the total number of dust particles in test group were lower than those in control group.The composition of dust particles of various diameters in air of operating rooms of the two groups was not different with the dust particles smaller than 5 μm as the main component,accounting for 96.57% of the total number of dust particles in the indoor air.Conclusion: The electrostatic air-disinfection-cleaning device has certain efficacy in cleaning dust particles of various diameters in air of operating room and the cleaning quality can attain 10~5-grade cleanliness standard.

为了解静电式空气消毒洁净器动态空气洁净效果,采用尘埃粒子计数器采样监测,观察其对手术室实际除尘的效果。结果,在启动空气净化器0.5~2.5 h内手术室空气中平均中值直径大于0.5μm尘粒数为3811484.1个/m3,接近世界卫生组织(WHO)的十万级洁净度标准。在手术进程不同时段手术室空气中尘埃颗粒数逐步下降,从净化后0.5~2.5 h内平均除尘率达到77.85%。实验组不同粒径范围的颗粒数和总尘粒数低于对照组。两组手术室内空气中各种粒径范围的颗粒构成情况无差别,以小于5μm尘粒为主,占室内空气中总尘粒数的96.57%。结论,静电式空气消毒洁净器对手术室内空气中不同粒径粒子具有一定净化效果;净化质量可达到十万级洁净度标准。

The cleaning process of ceramic membranes used in treating emulsified suspension was studied.The cleaning technical technology was confirmed by discussing the effects of technical parameters,such as dynamic cleaning,temperature,concentration of cleaning agent and operating modes.The results showed that the optimal physical cleaning at room temperature could restore the membrane’s standard permeability to higher than 96% of the original permeability.In the post-treatment process,permeation flux was not affected by cleaning agent concentration,but the cleaning process must be operated at a high flow rate.

对陶瓷膜处理乳化悬浮液过程中膜清洗工艺进行了研究。考察了清洗工艺如动态清洗、温度、清洗剂浓度、操作方式等对膜层清洗效果的影响,确定了适宜的清洗工艺参数。研究结果表明:用透过液或低浓度料液在常温下对污染膜进行清洗后,可使膜通量恢复达初始通量的96%以上;停止工作后的膜后处理工艺中,清洗剂浓度对清洗效果的影响不大,但应将清洗剂在高速流动状态下来清洗油污较为适宜。
