Several human and raurine malignant cell lines, including human esophageaf cancer cell line ECa-109, HeLa cells, human uterus cancer cell line 801, murine teratocarcinoma cell line F9, murine melanoma cells B16, human normal diploid fetal lung cells and human amniotic cells, were exposured to microwave from a microwave animal-killing apparatus WB-S-1 of 915±30MHz. It was found that the killing dosages for all above-mentioned cell lines were nearly the same,being 14kW × 1-1.2 sees and designated as critical lethality...

Vacuoles in cytoplasm were the early change noticed after microwave irradiation,, and followed by vacuoles in nucleus. As the microwave power was further increased, the outline of cells became indistinct, nucleus structures were vague, nuclear membranes were damaged and finally the nucleus broke down. Having such changes, the cells lost the proliferating ability and finally died as confirmed with colony-forming test.

Under the Glauber approximation, the problem about the theoretical description of the excitation of the 9.5MeV level of ~(13)C in π-~(13)C inelastic scattering is discussed. We assume that the transition to the 9.5MeV level is semi-coherent one step process. The weak coupling nucleus model is used for the initial and final nucleus structure. Based on the assumption j=7/2~+ and the approximation Γ~((v))(?)1/2Γ~((s)), the differential cross section of the inelastic ~(13)C (π~±,π'~±) ~(13)C(9.5MeV)at...

The agreement is not quite satisfactory.

本文在Glauber理论近似下讨论了在π-~(13)C的非弹性散射过程中,~(13)C的9.5MeV能级激发的理论描述问题。认为到9.5MeV能级的跃迁是半相干的一步过程。对于初末态核结构,选用了弱耦合的核模型,在J~π=(7~+)/2的假设和Γ~((v))(?)1/2 Γ~((s))的近似下计算了180MeV的π~±在~(13)C上非弹性散射(9.5MeV)的微分截面,并与实验进行了比较,发现符合不是太满意的,我们认为矛盾主要是由于没有考虑自旋效应,即跃迁核子的自旋状态改变的效应。
