研究了n(吗啉)/n(促进剂M)、n(H2O2)/n(促进剂M)、双氧水浓度、反应温度和时间对双氧水氧化法合成促进剂NOBS的影响,通过L16(45)正交实验确定出的最佳合成配方及工艺条件:n(吗啉)/n(促进剂M)为7;n(H2O2)/n(促进剂M)为1.6;双氧水浓度为12%;反应温度为40℃;反应时间为3h。产品纯度(质量分数)不小于98.5%,平均熔点为84.5℃。
