Method in respect of crude properties, buried depth and drilling technology required,studies were carried out to explore suitable wellbore trajectory designing methods, controlling technique,anti-collision scanning, cementing quality improvement and well life prolongation. Purpose To provideeffective drilling modes for developing shallow super heavy oil reservoir, narrow spaced target and multitarget with cluster wells. Result Significant improvements have been achieved in terms of well bore trajectory...

Method in respect of crude properties, buried depth and drilling technology required,studies were carried out to explore suitable wellbore trajectory designing methods, controlling technique,anti-collision scanning, cementing quality improvement and well life prolongation. Purpose To provideeffective drilling modes for developing shallow super heavy oil reservoir, narrow spaced target and multitarget with cluster wells. Result Significant improvements have been achieved in terms of well bore trajectory control, penetration rate, cementing quality I well bore quality (100% passed and 74% excellent)and casing anti-collision in dense spaced well patterns. Conclusion Comprehensive application of the following techniques, including multi-target trajectory design, well bore quality supervision, anti--collisionscanning, steerable drilling, cementing quality improvement and casing life prolongation, can effectivelyimprove well bore trajectory control accuracy, penetration rate, cementing quality, and prevent casing coblision and prolong casing utilization life.

方法 针对辽河油区超稠油原油物性、埋藏特点及对钻井工艺的技术要求 ,通过相关研究 ,探索适合超稠油开发的井身轨迹设计方法、轨迹控制技术、防碰扫描方法和提高固井质量、延长油井寿命的途径。目的 为采用丛式井组开发小井距、多靶心、浅层超稠油油藏提供有价值的钻井模式。结果 现场实施后 ,井身轨迹控制精度、钻井速度、固井质量等大幅度提高 ;井身质量合格率达 10 0 % ,优质率高于 40 % ;稠密井网中套管防碰效果好。结论 多靶点轨迹设计方法、井身质量监控技术、防碰扫描技术、导向钻井技术、提高固井质量、延长套管使用寿命措施的综合应用 ,可有效提高井身轨迹控制精度、钻井速度、固井质量 ,预防稠密井网中套管碰撞 ,延长套管使用寿命。
