The mechanism of graft copolymerization of PBA onto SBS was investigated and the structure of the graft copolymers was determined by infrared spectroscopy. The mechanism of graft copolymerization of PBA onto SBS was investigated and the structure of the graft copolymers was determined by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the 1, 2-and cis-1, 4-polybutadiene segments in SBS were more easily to be grafted than the trans-1,4-polybutadiene segments. It was observed through film manufacturing that the physical properties of the graft copolymer were greatly different from those of PBA/SBS blends.

本文主要介绍电子束预辐照聚乙烯料接枝丙烯酸以提高聚乙烯粘接力的研究结果。测定了产物的熔融指数、凝胶含量、表面张力及聚乙烯/铝箔热熔粘接力与辐照剂量、丙烯酸加入量的关系。经接枝改性的聚乙烯与铝箔热熔粘接的180°剥离强度可达2.45N/2.5cm,适用于食品包装复合膜。本文还深讨了接枝改性的可能机理。提出了“H”型和“T”型接枝的概念。
