Workability,strength,toughness and durability are important indices for Self-Compacting-High Performance Concrete(SCHPC).Workability is the precondition to ensure the high performance of concrete.This paper presents research results on the workability of Fibre Reinforced SCHPC(FRSCHPC).Lots of mixtures made with steel fibres,PP-fibres and fibre cocktail(hybrid steel-PP fibre) of various dosages have been investigated.In reference to the current international trend,the mixtures are tested by using rheometer,flow-channel,slump flow panel,J-Ring and L-Box,for evaluating the flowability,segregation risk,passing ability and levelling ability of the fresh mortar/concrete.The results can provide a systematic basis for the engineering application of FRSCHPC.

工作度、强度、韧性及耐久性是自密实高性能混凝土(SCHPC)的主要性能指标,而工作度是保证混凝土具有高性能的重要前提。本文参照目前国际上的最新发展趋势,使用流变仪(rheometer)、流动槽(flow channel)、坍落流动板(slump flow panel)、J型环(J-Ring)和L槽(L-Box)等方法研究纤维自密实高性能混凝土(FR-SCHPC)的工作度。通过大量试验分析了不同掺量的钢纤维、PP纤维及组合纤维对新拌混凝土流动性、抗离析性、流经钢筋的间隙通过性能以及自流平能力的影响;为在实际工程中应用FRSCHPC提供了依据。

However, the domestic correlated research is absent. In this paper, in reference to EFNARC code, the mixtures are tested by using slump flow panel, J-Ring and U-Box , for evaluating the flowability, segregation risk, passing ability and leveling ability of the fresh concrete, and a kind of high-grade Fiber Reinforced Self-Compacting High Performance Concrete, which satisfies the requirement of workability and strength, was obtained. Then, the effect on early shrinkage of Self-Compacting Concrete mixed into different types of fiber (high alkali-resistant glass fiber、modified polypropylene fiber and cocktail (hybrid glass-PP fiber)) was in-depth studied. The study indicates that: (1)fiber can block weeping tube and capillary bore, slow up the evaporation and hydration, and sequentially reduce the mass loss of fresh concrete; (2) comparing with plain concrete, both glass fiber and polypropylene fiber can restrict plastic or dry shrinkage effectively, prevent the initiation and development of shrinkage crack; (3) the resistant shrinkage and crack ability of cocktail is better than that of glass fiber and PP fiber, which displays distinctly positive hybrid effect.

纤维自密实混凝土具有优良的工作性能和力学性能,可有效抵抗裂缝的产生和发展,是高性能混凝土新的发展趋势之一,但是目前国内进行的相关研究还很少。本文参照欧洲EFNARC标准,通过大量坍落流动度、J 型环和U型管试验得到了高质量的、满足工作度及强度要求的纤维自密实高性能混凝土。在此基础上深入研究了不同类型纤维(高耐碱玻璃纤维、改性聚丙烯纤维、混杂纤维)对自密实混凝土早龄期收缩性能的影响。结果表明:(1)纤维通过阻断混凝土内部泌水通道和毛细孔,减缓水分的蒸发和水泥的水化速度,从而减少混凝土早龄期质量损失;(2)与不掺纤维的自密实高性能混凝土相比,单掺玻璃纤维或聚丙烯纤维可以有效限制基体早龄期的塑性收缩和干缩,阻止收缩裂缝的产生和发展;(3)混杂纤维对早龄期混凝土抗收缩和阻裂性能优于玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维,表现出明显的正混杂效应。
