A vorticity_velocity method was used to study the incompressible viscous fluid flow around a circular cylinder with surface suction or blowing. The resulted high order implicit difference equations were effeciently solved by the modified incomplete LU decomposition conjugate gradient scheme (MILU_CG). The effects of surface suction or blowing's position and strength on the vortex structures in the cylinder wake, as well as on the drag and lift forces at Reynoldes number Re=100 were investigated numerically....

The results show that the suction on the shoulder of the cylinder or the blowing on the rear of the cylinder can effeciently suppress the asymmetry of the vortex wake in the transverse direction and greatly reduce the lift force; the suction on the shoulder of the cylinder, when its strength is properly chosen, can reduce the drag force significantly, too.

Connecting with the macro-environment of carrying out the western development and realizing the eastward transmission of western electricity, this paper analyzes on the necessity of developing the hydro-energy resources of Jinshajiang River, briefly introduces the gradient scheme of the hydro-electricity development of Jinshajiang River, showing that speeding up the development of the hudro-energy resources of Jinshajiang River and realizing the eastward transmission of western electricity can promote the economic development inevitably of some regions lacking electricity in south China, east China and middle China and have the wide social significance and huge economic benefit, and puts forward some suggestions for developing the hydro-energy resources of Jinshajiang River.

结合我国落实西部大开发、西电东送战略的大环境,分析了开发金沙江水能资源的必要性,简单介绍了金沙江水电开发的梯级方案,表明加速开发金沙江水能资源,实现西电东送,必然促进华南、华东、华中等缺电地区的经济发展,具有广泛的社会意义和巨大的经济效益,并对开发金沙江水能资源提出一些建议。
