采用浸渍方法以γ Al2 O3为载体 ,以硝酸镍、氯化镍、醋酸镍为前驱盐分别制备了三种催化剂Ni N、Ni Cl、Ni Ac ,并应用于催化CH4 CO2 重整反应 ,考察了它们的反应性能 ,通过BET、TPR、XRD、XPS、TGA、H2 TPD等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明 ,由不同镍盐制备的催化剂中 ,镍物种的存在状态明显不同 ,在催化剂的制备过程中镍盐中的阴离子影响着镍离子在催化剂中的分散及存在状态。三种催化剂中Ni N具有较好的催化性能和抑制积碳性能 ,这与Ni N中镍物种与载体之间产生较强相互作用、经还原后获得金属镍的分散度高、晶粒小密切相关。

Oxide nickel precursor was prepared through combustion method with nitrate as raw material and glycin(Gly)as reducer. The products was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron mi-crocsopy(TEM). The experimental results showed that the Ni nanoparticles is pure, the size distribution is 40 - 100 nm,which is distributed in spherical chain shapes. The optimum conditions are reaction temperature of 300℃ and reaction time of 2 h and Gly/NO3- of 0. 25.

采用燃烧法制备纳米氧化镍前驱体,再用氢气还原,得到了镍纳米微粒。利用XRD、TEM对样品的成分、 晶体结构和形貌进行了分析。结果表明,所制得的镍纳米颗粒纯度高,粒径分布为40~100 nm,呈较规则的球形链状分 布。最佳反应温度为300℃,反应时间为2 h,制备氧化物前驱体时甘氨酸和硝酸根的最佳配比(Gly/NO3-)为0.25。
