目的 :观察还元注射液对大鼠实验性脑出血和急性脑出血患者血液中血小板聚集率(PAG)的影响。方法 :利用脑立体定位、微量注射自体血法复制大鼠脑出血模型 ;同时 ,随机选 60例急性脑出血病例 ,观察还元注射液治疗后血中PAG的变化。结果 :脑出血模型动物、急性脑出血患者血中PAG明显上升 ,还元注射液可在一定程度上抑制这种改变。结论 :还元注射液对脑出血外周血中PAG水平影响可能是其治疗出血性脑卒中的机制之一。

目的 观察还元注射液对急性出血性脑卒中患者肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α )、可溶性白介素- 2受体 (sIL- 2R)的影响。方法 急性出血性脑卒中患者 60例,随机分为还元液治疗组和甘露醇治疗对照组。观察给药前后临床神经功能缺损积分、 CT、 TNF-α和 sIL- 2R等参数的变化。结果 出血性脑卒中患者自体脑出血模型动物血中 TNF-α、 sIL- 2R明显上升,还元液可在一定程度上抑制这种改变。结论 还元注射液对急性出血性脑卒中患者 TNF-α、 sIL- 2R的影响可能是其治疗作用机理之一。
