Objective To explore teaching reform on internship training of nursing undergraduates so as to raise synthetic quality of the students.Methods A retrospective investigation on the basic skills and synthetic qualities of 5 grades of nursing undergraduates during their clinical internship.Teaching reform was undertaken in the 94 Grade nursing undergraduates,which included (1)pre training of the clinical nursing teachers;(2)longitudinal teaching under nurse practitioners;(3)reform on evaluation components and adjustment of the proctor.Results Evaluation on the clinical basic skills showed a 100% excellency rate among the 94 Grade students.Conclusion Longitudinal training under nursing practitioners is an inevitable trend;the rotating training system of clinical teachers should be intensified;ward round teaching based on typical cases is an effective way of combining theory with practice;engagement of teachers in clinical nursing studies not only promotes disciplinary development but also helps intensify cultivation of synthetic quality of the students.

目的 探讨护理本科生临床实习教学改革 ,提高对学生综合素质的培养。方法 回顾性研究本校已毕业的 5届护理本科生临床实习基本功考核和综合素质测评情况 ,对 94级护理本科生临床教学进行改革 ,包括 (1)提前培训临床护理带教老师 ;(2 )实行护师全程带教 ;(3 )改革考评内容与调整主考教师。结果  94级护理本科生临床基本功考核优良率 10 0 %。结论 实行护师全程带教势在必行 ;健全临床护理教师轮训制度 ;结合典型病例进行护理教学查房 ,是理论联系实际的有效途径 ;教师开展临床护理研究 ,既有利于学科发展 ,也有利于对学生综合素质的培养

The aim is to learn the nursing intervention contents and time which are needed by the patients of first-grade nursing and above and to help nursing care managers to scientifically assess the seriousness of patients ’illness and the workload in nursing of various departments which can become the reliable bases for scientical guidance,surpervision and rational allocation nursing resources.According to the assessing list of 168 nursing contents which are used by seriously ill patients,we studied the nursing intervention contents of 206 patients of first-grade nursing and above.Five types,31 treatment and nursing intervention contents are chosen and are brought into point accumulation in assessing seriously ill patients.It spurs all of nurses to carefully implement the nursing measures.Meanwhile,it becomes the point of quality surpervision to seriously ill patients which can provide the raliable basis for the quality control of serious illness nursing and the rationality in allocating human resources in nursing.

目的 :了解一级护理以上病人所需治疗护理干预的内容和所需时间 ,以帮助护理管理者科学评价病人危重程度和科室工作量 ,使之成为对重症病人进行科学指导、监控、合理调配护理人员的可靠依据。方法 :根据 16 8项重症病人常用的护理内容评价表 ,对一级护理以上 2 0 6名病人治疗干预内容进行了调查。结果 :选择出 5大类 ,31项重症病人最常用的治疗护理干预措施内容 ,纳入重症病人积分 ,以促使各级护理人员认真落实重症病人各项护理措施 ,同时护理管理人员也将其作为重症病人的质量监控点 ,为重症护理质量控制、合理调配利用护理人力资源提供可靠依据
