Auto measurement equipment used in the space solar array is reviewed in this paper.It was defined in this system that the computer could control electric load,data acquisition,data calculus and result printing and the equipment could measure I V feature of solar array automatically.It is shown that the application of data acquisition not only enhance the accuracy of 4% and speed of 2s of measurement but also can measure the dark character and I V feature in different light density of solar array.

介绍了计算机控制数据采集系统在空间用方阵多电路自动测试仪中的应用,着重阐述该系统中计算机控制电子负载、数据采集、数据处理、结果显示,自动测试方阵在标准条件下的I-V特性。结果表明应用该测试仪,可提高测试精度到4%、提高测试速度测试方阵I-V曲线缩短到2s,而且能够测试方阵的暗特性和方阵在不同光强下的I-V特性。这些对太阳电池方阵研究提供了重要测试手段。

Solar irradiance and solar array's working temperature are variables of I-V characteristic formula. Energy equilibrium model is based on steady state and ignores specific heat of space solar array.Solar array on solar powered aircraft is analyzed with this method.

在求解太阳电池阵输出的方法中,有的方法能求出输出功率,但不能求出输出电流、输出电压;有的虽能求出输出电流、电压,但未考虑太阳辐射光强对它们的影响。本文提出一种新的方法,能求出太阳电池阵工作温度、输出电流和输出电压,并考虑了太阳辐射光强的影响。该方法包括一个I -V特征关系式和一个能量平衡模型。光强和太阳电池的温度是I-V特征关系式中的变量。能量平衡模型是在稳态、忽略太阳电池的热容条件下建立的。用该种方法分析了安装在太阳能飞机上的太阳能电池阵。
