The results indicate that:(1) Microsilica is more effective on promoting sinteri ng than ultra fine alumina, because, compared with ultra fine alumina, microsili ca prepared by chemical vapor deposition with smaller particle size and higher s urface area is more active.(2) Increase of microsilica addition would lead to no ticeable increase of strength after heat treatment at 1100 ℃ and 1400 ℃ as wel l as marked improvement in hot strength at 1300 ℃ and 1400 ℃ and thermal shock resistance.This is because microsilica reacts with alumina at high temperature forming mullite crystals which would be interlaced into the corundum skeleton st ructure creating reinforcing effect.

以高铝矾土熟料为主原料 ,加入 2 %的铝酸钙水泥及总量为 6 %的Al2 O3 微粉和SiO2 微粉 ,配制了矾土基超低水泥浇注料 ,研究了微粉对浇注料的烧结性能、力学性能及热震稳定性的影响。结果表明 :(1 )SiO2 微粉对浇注料的促烧结作用优于Al2 O3 微粉。这是因为与Al2 O3 微粉相比 ,由气相沉积生成的SiO2微粉的粒度小 ,比表面积大 ,活性较高。 (2 )随着SiO2微粉加入量的增加 ,在 1 1 0 0℃和 1 4 0 0℃处理后的常温强度以及在 1 30 0℃和 1 4 0 0℃下的高温抗折强度和抗热震性明显提高。这是由于引入的SiO2 微粉在高温下与Al2 O3 反应生成的针状莫来石穿插进入刚玉骨架 ,起着明显的强化和韧化作用

The high-purity and ultra fine alumina powders were used as start powders. The microstructure of MgO and others oxides doped alumina ceramics were analyzed. Results indicated that fine grained alumina ceramics were manufactured by doping MgO in alumina powders homogenously via coating. In addition, fine grained alumina ceramics were gained by doping ZnO, too. Abnormal grain growth was appear in Y2O3-doped and ZnO-Y2O3/MgO codoped alumina ceramics.

选用超细高纯Al_2O_3粉为原料。分析了不同方法掺杂MgO添加剂及掺杂不同氧化物添加剂的Al_2O_3陶瓷显微结构。实验结果表明,利用包覆将MgO均匀加入到Al_2O_3粉体中,可以制备出致密细晶Al_2O_3陶瓷;此外,向Al_2O_3微粉中掺杂ZnO,也可以制备出细晶Al_2O_3陶瓷。而Y_2O_3掺杂及ZnO与Y_2O_3和MgO共掺杂的Al_2O_3陶瓷中有晶粒异常长大现象。
