The technology route of this achievement is :making integral of faint light image signal, restraining random noise, and utilizing the specific property of charge accumulation of CCD image sensor, changing it′s readout and shift time, extending charge accumulating time of signal on the target surface, thus increasing the sensitivity of static and inferior static objective. At the same time, series of electric circuit and peripheral controlling devices are developed for restraining random noise, thus effectively increased signal to noies ratio of the system.

慢扫描CCD摄像机是利用“CCD变积累控制技术”[1]而研制成功的一种高灵敏度摄像机。该成果所采用的技术路线是提出地微光图像信号进行积分,抑制随机噪声,利用CCD图像传感器具有的电荷积累特性,改变其读取转移时间,延长信号在CCD靶面上累积电荷的时间,从而提高静目标或亚静目标的灵敏度。同时,研制了一系列抑制随机噪声的电路及外围控制装置,从而有效地提高了信噪比。

This paper reviews the development of transmission electron microscope and related equipments such as field emission gun transmission electron microscope, slow scan CCD camera, spherical aberration corrector, monochromator and high energy resolution filter. The readout speed of commercial new type SSCCD camera-UltraScan 1000 is 4MHz; the C_S value of CM200 FEG TEM can be adjusted to any values between 2mm to -0.05 mm from 1.23mm using commercial C_S corrector; the energy dispersion of electron gun can be reduced to 0.04~0.1eV from 0.6~0.8eV using monochromator; the energy resolution of new type of HR-GIF enhanced to 0.05eV from 0.8eV. A sub-angstrom spatial resolution and sub-eV energy resolution can be reached in new type of FEG TEM in combination with monochromator, C_S corrector and HR-GIF.

本文综述了透射电子显微镜(TEM)及相关部件,即场发射枪(FEG)透射电子显微镜、慢扫描电荷耦合器件(SSCCD)、球差校正器、单色器及高能量分辨率的新一代能量过滤成像系统的发展及应用。商业化的UltraScan1000SSCCD的读写速度已达4MHz,接近实时观察图像的目标;已生产出用于TEM和STEM的球差校正器,可把CM200FEGTEM的球差系数从常规的1 23mm调整至+2mm~-0 05mm之间的任意值;单色器可把肖特基场发射枪发射电子的能量分散从0 6~0 8eV减少至0 04~0 1eV;新一代能量过滤成像系统HR GIF可把能量分辨率从0 8eV提高至0 05eV。配有单色器、球差校正器、HR GIF的新一代场发射枪透射电子显微镜可提供亚埃的空间分辨率和亚电子伏特的能量分辨率,为研究物质的原子 电子结构提供了可靠的保证。
