This result has been extended to another type of pluge shaving cutter which is specially used for finishing the convex gears.

本文提出的CASGCD系统是具有一定智能的齿轮刀具计算机代数设计系统。该系统的主要特点是能够自动推导对齿轮刀具进行啮合分析所必需的各种公式,并将这些公式直接转换成FORTRAN语句,加上系统的各种计算模块,生成完整的数值计算程序。文中给出了利用该系统进行径向剃齿刀刃磨砂轮齿廊修曲线公式推导和工艺参数优化设计程序编制的例子。

The relationship between the actual relief angle of pinion cutter and the gear root diameter is described. The root relief angle of pinion cutter or normal relief angle of side edge is an important factor in cutter design and manufacture.Alternative efficient method for adjusting the values of gear root diameter is provided through analyzing two examples.

本文阐述了插齿刀的实际后角与齿轮根圆直径的关系。通过分析对比,说明插齿刀的齿根后角或侧刃法向后角,是插齿刀设计和制造中应引起注意的一个因素;通过两个典型实例的处理,提供了在实际工作中调整被插齿轮根径值的又一有效方法。
