Method: Three samples were imaged in a water phantom and a living human subject with 0.15 Tesla magnetic resonance devices. Results were analyzed and the maximum diameters of artifacts were measured. Results: The maximum diameter of the artifact caused by the whole magnetic attachment is 145.3mm, and that caused by keeper is 91.9mm. Conclusions: The scope of artifact caused by keeper is smaller than that caused by the whole magnetic attachment. The difference is statistically significant (p<0.05).
