堤坝下游减压井列的渗流计算,是一个十分复杂的三维空间流动问题。迄今为止,还没有理论上的精确解。本文根据电模拟试验所得的渗流场图形,做了合理的假设及简化,并引入附加阻力之后,推导了一个近似解。简化后的计算结果与电模拟试验结果相当吻合。可供有关工程设计单位参考使用。

The relief wells amount to 67 for whole project. 4 well sections have been put into operation since flood period in 1980. The system still operates in good condition and the embankments stand safely after experiencing 5 years of large floods. The result from the analyses of prototype observation data shows that the relief wells have performed in general as expected. Normally, the seepage escape gradient on well alignment would not exceed the allowed value of the overburden. However, the average measured outflow for a single well is far more than designed value but the outflow for each well varies and for some wells the values are less than the designed one. The efficiency of relief wells becomes lower year after year due to chemical colmatage. It is revealed that the chemical cleaning is an effective measure for prolonging the life of relief wells.

长江同马大堤汇口减压井工程由甘家桥、朱墩、乔墩和汇口4个井段组成,共设减压井67口,工程范围覆盖堤长4631米。自1980年汛期开始,4个井段先后投入运行。经过5个大水年的考验,工程运行正常。堤防安全渡汛。原体观测资料分析结果表明,减压效果基本上达到了预期的指标。井列线上渗流出逸坡降。一般都在覆盖层的允许值之内。单井出流量实测平均值远大于设计值,但各个井出流不均衡,有的小于设计值。减压井减压效果逐年减小,主要由化学淤堵所造成。认为采用化学洗井是延长减压井使用寿命的有效措施。
