The natural conditions of Jinzhou Bay is analyzed. The sediment pickup by the windwaves and the sediment transport by the tidal currents are the main reason of siltation in the harbour basin and in the navigation channel.A quantitative relation between the sediment concentration of the sea water and the dynamic factors(such as wind, wave and tide) is established for Jinzhou harbour area,and it presents the basis for the determination of the characteristic values of the sediment concentration...

The natural conditions of Jinzhou Bay is analyzed. The sediment pickup by the windwaves and the sediment transport by the tidal currents are the main reason of siltation in the harbour basin and in the navigation channel.A quantitative relation between the sediment concentration of the sea water and the dynamic factors(such as wind, wave and tide) is established for Jinzhou harbour area,and it presents the basis for the determination of the characteristic values of the sediment concentration in the model.The total sediment transport modeling theory developed by Dou Guoren is applied to the sea bay model, and good results are obtained.The verificanion tes ats show that the levels, velocity and rotation direction of the tide as well as the concentration distribution, the intensities and quantities of siltation distribution and the silt particle sizes in the model are in good agreement with those in the nature. By using this model, the predictions are made for various statuses of the harbour construction and some suggestions are offered for improvement.

本文首先分析了锦州湾的自然条件,明确了风浪掀沙和潮流输沙是引起港池和航道淤积的主要原因并得到了海水含沙量与风、浪、潮的定量关系,为确定模型中应施放的特征含沙值提供了依据。文中首次将窦国仁全沙模型相似理论应用于海湾潮流泥沙模型并取得了成功。验证试验表明,模型中潮位、潮流速、流向、含沙最分布,淤积强度分布,淤积量和淤沙粒径级配等均与原型基本一致。利用此泥沙模型对锦州港各期工程方案的淤积量和淤积强度分布进行了预报并对今后港口扩建工程布置提出了建议。

Treatment of Jinzhou harbour water ballast by means of sediment、separation、air flotation、and filtration etc. was introduced,to make the waste water discharge reach the second-class standard of (DB21-59-89) and recycle the oil in it.

通过对锦州港压舱水进行沉降、分离、气浮、过滤等过程的处理 ,使废水中含油指标达到排放标准 ,并对油品进行回收。
