On-line monitoring of partial discharge(PD)in turbine generator is an important test for assessing the condition of generator insulation system.In this paper, a broadband current transducer for on-line monitoring of PD in turbine generator has been studied. The transducer has been used to detect three types of simulated origins of PD which often exist in turbine generator stator winding(discharges in cavity, discharges at end winding and discharges due to broken strand). Some on-line monitoring results of PD in turbine generator with the transducer are presented.

研制了一套局部放电在线监测用的宽频带电流传感器,对其幅频特性进行了分析并给出实测结果.运用该传感器对发电机绝缘中几种典型的局部放电进行了模拟实验,获得了这几种放电的时域及频域特征,从而为发电机中不同放电源的识别和绝缘诊断提供了依据.最后给出了使用宽频带电流传感器组成的监测系统对电厂2台发电机的实际测试结果.

局部放电特性是电机绝缘状态的重要指标之一。研制的发电机放电在线监测系统实现了对大型发电机放电的多点监测。四个通道的放电信号经放大、滤波、低速采样,以及其中两个通道的信号经放大、高速采样,再由单片机整理并送入微机,经分析,处理后形成放电Q-t图、N-Q-Φ三维谱图、N-Q、Q-Φ谱图以及放电波形图、幅频特性,为电机绝缘状态现场分析提供依据。系统能长时间在线自动监测最大放电量变化趋势,放电量越限时及时报警。
