It may be due to the fact that the thin films having larger surface energy exert an influence on the crystallization process. All measurements of the magnetic balance, vibrating sample magnetometer. Hall voltages and magnetic torque show that these amorphous films are soft magnetic and possess inplane magnetic anisotropy. After crystalline heat treatment the magnetization of films has been increased distinctly, but it does not possess hard magnetic property yet. It coincides with the results in previous structure study.

The polarization phenomenon of muscle tissue is discovered and the polarity is measured on the basis of diffraction fringe by He-Ne laser action it, using a device of light intensity distribution.A preliminary analysis has been made from the structure and chemical composition of the muscle tissue. It is shown that the polarization is caused by the structure of muscle fibre.
