In this research and development of the synchronous tracking automatic control system of the screen pile machine, a synchronous tracking calculating method, the structure of the system, the principle of the system and the development of a synchronous automatic control system of the single chip microprocessor are presented. The method can be used to solve the displacement match effectively between the pressurized mechanism and the power unit. The practical operations show that the control system is reliable. By using the system, the screw pile loading capacity is strongly increased and the amount of concrete is saved.

在分析螺旋桩机施工原理的基础上 ,指出了加压机构与动力头旋转速度的同步是保证成桩质量的关键问题 .对螺旋桩机同步跟踪自动控制系统进行了研究 ,阐述了系统的构成和工作原理 ,提出了同步跟踪的算法 ,并研制出单片机同步跟踪自动控制系统 .该系统有效解决了螺旋桩机加压机构进尺位移与动力头电机旋转速度间的同步问题 ,运行稳定可靠 ,极大地提高了螺旋桩的承载能力 ,节约混凝土的用量
