Experimental research and theoretical analysis have been carried out by means of a CO2 laser as the radiation source to heat the test samples at atmospheric pressure and temperature. The ignition delay of each of the test isamples was measured as a function of radiation intensity. According to the experimental observation and theoretical analysis,a comprehensive model of ignition for composite solid pro-pellant is established which tikes into account the effects of the gas-phase reaction, the oxilizer release, the hetergeneous reaction and the polymer fuel pyrolysis in the depth of the propellant. The results of theoretical analysis come to quite a good agreement with the corresponding experimental data. Both experimental and computational results show that the ignition delay decreases with increasing radiant heat flux. The minimum and the optimum values of heat flux appear to exist. The criterion of ignition is deduced.

选用具有代表性的复合型、双基型推进剂以及金属粉组成的点火药,在新建的CO_2激光点火试验设备上进行了推进剂点火性能试验,获得了重复性较好的试验数据。针对复合推进剂提出一个点火模型及点火判据表示式,计算与试验结果相吻合,证明该模型可以用于预估复合推进剂的点火性能。试验和计算结果都表明点火热流密度对点火延迟时间影响很大,是推进剂点火性能中非常重要的控制量

It is concluded from the results that among single reagents carbon sulfide has the best effect, compounds, however, show us the supurority: they can contral the amount of coke under 1%.

为解决吸热型碳氢燃料裂解结焦的问题 ,在自制的脉冲微型反应色谱系统上以吸热型碳氢燃料NJ15 0为裂解原料 ,研究了三苯基膦 ,亚磷酸三苯酯 ,二硫化碳 ,噻吩 ,乙酸钾五种结焦抑制剂的性能及抑制机理。并在此基础上调配出不同比例的复合剂三苯基膦 +二硫化碳 ,亚磷酸三苯酯 +二硫化碳和乙酸钾 +二硫化碳。实验结果表明 ,单剂中二硫化碳的效果优于其他类型 ,但复合剂更具优势 ,能将结焦量控制在 1%以内。
