The nylon composites were sintered to nine dumbbell-shape parts with different sintering parameters determined by orthogonal design. By comparing the strength and dimension of parts, the optimum sintering parameters of laser sintering nylon composites is obtained: laser power of 14 W, preheating temperature of 95 ℃, scanning speed of 1 400 mm·s -1 and power bed depth of 0.1 mm.

研究在选择性激光烧结(SLS)过程中,复合尼龙粉末激光烧结工艺参数的优化。讨论激光功率、预热温度、扫描速度、铺粉厚度等工艺参数对制件强度的影响。采用正交试验的方法,在不同工艺参数下将复合尼龙粉末烧结成9组哑铃状试样,以强度为指标,计算出强度最好的工艺参数组合,并结合比较试件的尺寸精度得到激光烧结复合尼龙材料的最优工艺参数为:激光功率14W,预热温度95℃,扫描速度1400mm/s,铺粉厚度0.1mm。

Direct metal forming(DMF) has been a hot subject in today's rapid prototyping technology.A novel direct metal forming process based on arc welding is introduced and the part properties made by this process are evaluated.Examination of the parts' density,strength,hardness and microstructure showed that the mechanical properties and structure of part made by DMF process are better than SLS(selective laser sintering) process,can be favorably with casting.When different metallic materials are used,the differences of chemical component,physical property and microstructure will cause unfavorable influence on the part's property.

直接金属成形技术是快速成形领域研究的热点问题,文中提出一种基于弧焊的直接金属成形技术,并对基于该技术制作的成形件进行性能评测,对成形件进行密度、强度与硬度指标测试和金相组织观察表明,基于弧焊的直接金属成形件的组织结构和力学性能指标明显优于SLS(selective laser sintering)工艺成形件,达到或高于铸造零件;异种材料成形时化学成分、物理性能、组织特点的差异对成形件的性能有不利影响。
