Dynamic observations on α-wave and α-index of EEG of 32 patients with early stage hypertension was carried out before and after they were treated with a- uriculotherapy and electroacupuncture.The patients were divided into three groups and 20 healthy persons were examined(the α-index was 53.4%).The result of the treatment was that the α-index of all the three groups approached the normal velue,and that the measurement of arterial pressure showed that both the systolic and diastolic pressure approached...

Dynamic observations on α-wave and α-index of EEG of 32 patients with early stage hypertension was carried out before and after they were treated with a- uriculotherapy and electroacupuncture.The patients were divided into three groups and 20 healthy persons were examined(the α-index was 53.4%).The result of the treatment was that the α-index of all the three groups approached the normal velue,and that the measurement of arterial pressure showed that both the systolic and diastolic pressure approached the standard value of each age group.This result indicates that the main function of acupuncture in the treatment of early stage hyp- ertension is to regulate certain structures and nuclei in the brain relating to blood pressure and to facilitate the mutual consuming-supporting relation between them so as to normalize the arterial pressure and the index of EEG.

对32例早期高血压患者,采用耳针和电针治疗前后脑电图α波及α指数进行动态观察。整个研究分成三组,并对20名健康者进行了测量《α指数为53.4%).二组治疗结果,α指数均接近正常值,与此同时动脉血压检查也表明,收缩和舒张压也接近各年龄的标准数值.提示:针剌对早期高血压患者的治疗作用,主要是调整了与血压有关的大脑的某些结构和核团,改善了它们之间的制约关系,从而使动脉血压及脑电图趋向正常.

By the use of the transmission electron microscopy and electron probe X—ray microanalysis, tha change of ultrastructural distribution of calciumions in the discrete brain regions of mice during the electroacupuncture—, morphine— and Tb~(3+)—induced analgesia was studied. The results showed that a large amount of dense precipitate occurred at the medullary sheath and mitochondria in the periaqueductal grey and hypothalamus after the application of electroacupuncture or injection of morphine and Tb~(3+)....

The results showed that a large amount of dense precipitate occurred at the medullary sheath and mitochondria in the periaqueductal grey and hypothalamus after the application of electroacupuncture or injection of morphine and Tb~(3+). Injection of ruthenium red before the use of electroacupncture, morphine and Tb~(3+) did not affect the change of the distribution of dense precipitate at medullary sheath, but reduced the dense precipitate at mitochondria. The electron probe X—ray microanalysis indicated that the precipitate is mainly calcium. These results suggested that the analgesic effects produced by electroacupuncture, morphine and Tb~(3+) were very similar in the change of the distrihution of calcium for all of these effects were probably mediated by the Ca~(2+) movement across neuron membranes.

用透射电镜及电子探针x-射线显微分析法研完了电针、吗啡和Tb~(3+)镇痛期间,小鼠不同脑区亚微结构Ca~(2+)分布的改变。实验结果表明,电针、吗啡和Tb~(3+)都使小鼠导水管周围灰质和下丘脑的髓鞘、线粒体出现大量沉淀颗粒。在电针、吗啡和Tb~(3+)处理前预注钌红对在髓鞘上的沉淀颗粒没有明显影响,但使线粒体内沉淀颗粒显著减少。电子探针x-射线显微分析证明,这些沉淀颗粒的主要成份是钙。结果提示,从Ca~(2+)分布的改变看,电针、吗啡和Tb~(3+)的镇痛作用十分相似,三者的镇痛效应可能是通过神经细胞膜内、外Ca~(2+)的移动来调控的。

Extracellulary recording method was used to examine the effect of thyrotropin-releasimg hormone (TRH) on 71 unit discharges of pain excited neurons (PEN) in mesencephalic reticular formation(MRF) of 58 rats.Intraventricular injec-ction of TRH (10μg/10μI) produced a significant decrease in pain discharge rate of PEN. TRN potentiated the inhibitory effects of electroacupuncture on pain discharges when electroacupuncture at bilateral "Tsu-sanli" was applied in combination with intraventricular injection...

The experimental results mentioned above and the mechanism of the inhibitory effects of TRH on pain discharges were discussed in this paper.

用细胞外记录单位放电和脑室微量注射的方法,在58只大鼠的中脑网状结构(MRF)内,观察了71个痛兴奋神经元(PEN)对促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)的放电反应。结果:脑室注射TRH(10μg/10μl),引起MRF内PEN痛放电频率的显著降低;在电针“足三里”结合脑室注射TRH(10μg/10μl)的实验中,TRH加强电针抑制痛放电的效应;TRH的这种抑制作用可被脑室预先注射阿托品(5μg/10μl)所取消或明显减弱。本文对其机理进行了讨论。
