The article intends to make some comprehensive and systematic statistical analyses on the achievements in science and technology from 1973 to 1987, of the 14 medical institutions. Ten of the 14 institutions are authorized directly by the Ministry of Public Health are Shanghai Medical University, Beijing Medical University, Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences, Western China University of Medical Sciences, Tongji Medical University, China Medical University, Xian Medical University, Shandong Medical University, Hunan Medical University, and Bai qiuen Medical University. The rest four institutions are the Second Medical University of Shanghai, Haerbin Medical University, Zhejang Med- ical University, and Tianjing Medical University. In order to evaluate and reflect each institution's level of research in sciences and technology, Some indexes are used as the standards in the analyses, which includs the number of the following awards or patent received during the ten years. Sciences and Technology Achievements Award conferred by the Ministry of Public Health, Sciences and Technology Achievements Award conferred by the State Commission of Education, National Award of Invention, National Award of Natural Sciences, National Award for Progress in Sciences and Technology, the State Patent, and so on,

The systemic acute toxicity in mice,intra-cutaneous reactivity.eye irritation,pyrogenicity in rabbits,haemolysis and sensitization test in guinea pigs were conducted,with “The biological property texting methods for material used in the contraceptive(Second Medical University of Shanghai China)”and the BS5736,ISO/TR 9966,ASTMF 619-79.ASTMF 720-81.ASTMF 756-87.ASTMP763-87.as references.Results:The polymer had no effect on the breathing and movement behavior as well as welghts of mice in the systemic acute toxicity,No visible symptom of irritation,nor inflammatory cells were ob- served in the eye irritation test.No signs of irritation such as erythema,oedema and necrosis were ob-served in the test for intracutaneous reactivity.The injection of polymer extract had no significant varia- tion in body temperature of all animals in the pyrogenic test.No haemolytic effect occured.No significant erythema and oedema were observed in the sensitization assessment test. conclusions:The results show that the block copolymer of caprolactone and D,L-lactide has no haz-ardous effects on these tests,and the good biocompatibility for tissues was confirmed.

为了评价己内酯内交酯嵌段共聚生物降解材料在体内使用的安全性,按照国内和国际的标准进行了急性全身毒性、皮内刺激、眼结膜刺激、热源、溶血和皮肤致敏试验。试验结果表明己内酯丙交酯嵌段共聚生物降解材料无毒,对组织无刺激,无热源作用,无溶血作用,无致敏作用,具有良好的生物相容性。

This paper introduces the characteristic of direct contact thermal storage system.After reviewing and analysing the research and application of direct contact thermal storage technology,some unsolved problems are pointed out and suggestions are offered for further research in this area.Some researches on direct contact thermal storage technology made by the direct contact thermal storage technology research group of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology are introduced.

介绍了直接接触式换热的特点 ,综述并分析了直接触式换热在蓄冷中的应用研究状况 ,指出了存在的问题及其努力的方向 ,最后介绍了上海理工大学有关直接接触式蓄冷技术的研究状况。
